The National Gallery of Ireland

I invite you to think of a place...

Think of an Irish and European art collection gallery all together. There is such place. In the heart of Georgian Dublin.

''The National Gallery of Ireland is a painting art museum with over 16,000 artwork, including painting, sculptures, drawing, photography, furniture and more. You can see from up close, Monet and Picasso paintings, for example. Superb''

The building

The 1854 century building was chosen as the first site for a visit. We as students of Social Media Marketing, agreed on how fascinating would be after the easing of Covid-19 restrictions, to gather together and discover this incredible site, take a few pictures, and grab a coffee.

With several gallery spaces, The National Gallery offers guided tours, activities for families and kids, and after strolling around between painting and galleries, the visitor can stop by the book shop and the Coffee shop.

Their official page to complete the experience of getting to know one of the finest place of art in Dublin, has a shop section selling articles such as Irish illustrations artwork, homeware, gallery publication of paintings and even a podcast!

Famous painting from different contemporary to medieval are available for free. The museum is immense, me and two colleagues even got lost and arrived a bit late for the coffee time with everyone of class.
